Four promises. Each one explains itself, why we make it, and what it would look like if we broke it.
Flat fee. No percentage of recovery. Ever.
What this means
Our fees are listed in full on /pricing. ₹0 for triage, ₹999 for Standard, ₹2,999 for Escalation. Payments are processed by Razorpay in a single transaction — no recurring authorisation, no saved card. There is no second charge.
Why we make this promise
Services that take a percentage of recovery have, in this market, almost always been recovery scams. We removed the percentage model entirely.
What it would look like if we broke it
Any “success fee,” “recovery commission,” or “performance-linked payment.” None of these exist.
We draft. You file.
What this means
We produce the paperwork. You submit it under your own name, from your own account, using your own credentials.
What it would look like if we broke it
Any flow where we ask for your bank login, your portal password, or your authority to submit on your behalf. We never ask for these.
We guarantee the procedure, not the refund.
What this means
We commit to drafting your complaint to RBI-grade format, citing the in-force circular correctly, addressing your bank's nodal officer by name, and delivering it within the stated SLA. The bank's decision is the bank's decision.
Your case ends when you say it does.
What this means
No subscription. No retainer. No automatic renewals. When you're done, we're done. We do not send marketing emails. We do not send “we miss you” follow-ups.
